Cultivated in areas of Ikaria, Samos, the Dodecanese, the Cyclades, Messinia, Etoloakarnanias and Mount Athos. It is said that the famous Fokiano produced in antiquity is " Pramnios Wine". It is the main variety of Local Wine Ikarias.Grapes are large, spherical, with bark red-purple coloring and flesh juicy, sweet, with 1-2 large seeded. Matures in early September.
