Πρώιμη ιταλική ποικιλία που ξεχωρίζει για τις σπειροειδείς, πυραμιδοειδείς κεφαλές χρώματος ζωηρού πράσινου, βάρους 1–1,5 kg, με λεπτή υφή και γλυκιά, φίνα γεύση. Οι σπόροι του δίνουν φυτά ζωηρής ανάπτυξης, ανθεκτικά στο ψύχος, ιδανικά για φθινοπωρινή ή πρώιμη ανοιξιάτικη παραγωγή.

Η σπορά πραγματοποιείται Αύγουστο έως Οκτώβριο για χειμερινή συγκομιδή, ή Φεβρουάριο έως Μάρτιο για ανοιξιάτικη. Προτιμά δροσερό, γόνιμο και καλά στραγγιζόμενο έδαφος, με pH 6,5–7,5 και πλήρη ηλιοφάνεια. Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 50–60 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 70–80 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών.

Η συγκομιδή πραγματοποιείται 75–90 ημέρες μετά τη σπορά, όταν οι κεφαλές είναι συμπαγείς και έχουν αποκτήσει το χαρακτηριστικό σπειροειδές σχήμα. Η ποικιλία διακρίνεται για τη μοναδική εμφάνιση, την ελαφρώς γλυκιά γεύση και την υψηλή περιεκτικότητα σε βιταμίνες C και Κ, αποτελώντας ιδανική επιλογή για γκουρμέ κουζίνα.

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
