- Islands & remote areas: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping via Transport Agency (Islands)
For bulky or heavy parcels destined for islands, shipment via a transport agency is available.
- The order is sent to the agency in your area.
- We do not determine the transportation cost — the customer contacts the transport company of their choice directly for information regarding the cost and delivery time.
- Payment for the transportation is made upon pickup from the agency.
Important Notes
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the corresponding tracking code, where available.
For very large-volume products, prior telephone coordination is required.
