Variety Description
The Eggplant ‘Tsakoniki’ is a traditional Greek variety famous for its long shape and distinctive purple stripes. The flesh is white, tender and naturally sweet, while bitterness is extremely rare. Moreover, the variety offers excellent flavour and is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine.
Growing Requirements
Eggplant Tsakoniki grows best in sunny, warm locations and well-drained soil. Regular watering helps the fruits remain tender and improves texture. Sowing and Planting
