Parsley thrives in mild to cool climates and prefers fertile, deep, well-drained soils with consistent moisture. Sowing can be done year-round in warm areas or from February to October in temperate regions, either directly in the field or in seedbeds. Spacing should be 20–25 cm between plants and 30–40 cm between rows. Harvesting begins 60–80 days after sowing and continues throughout the growing season, as the plant regenerates rapidly after cutting.
