Tulip ‘City of Vancouver’ is a herbaceous bulbous plant belonging to the Liliaceae family and part of the Darwin Hybrid group.
It is distinguished by its large, pure white blooms with a subtle creamy tint inside, bringing brightness and elegance to gardens and patios.
It thrives in full sun or partial shade and prefers well-drained, fertile soils, reaching a height of 45–55 cm.
Flowering occurs in spring (April), while bulbs should be planted in autumn at a depth of about 12 cm.
Ideal for borders, cut flowers, and mass plantings, as it pairs beautifully with colorful varieties to create balanced, refined compositions.
