Placing an order in our online store entails an obligation on the part of the customer to receive the product.

Payment Methods

Our store only accepts prepayments via:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer

As a result, product dispatch is carried out exclusively after payment confirmation.

Order Non-Collection

If the customer does not collect the shipment within the timeframe set by the courier company or pickup point (e.g. courier office, store), the order is considered “Uncollected”.

In this case:

  • The order is returned to our store.
  • If the customer wishes to have the order resent, they may contact us by phone and/or email. Once they cover the return shipping cost and the new dispatch cost, we will resend the package.

Important Notes

  • Non-collection does not equate to withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days from receipt, in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
  • For any exceptions (e.g. serious health issues or force majeure), you may contact our Customer Service Department for case review.
