Due to the nature of plants as living and perishable organisms, returns or the exercise of the right of withdrawal after their dispatch are not possible, in accordance with Article 3iβ of Law 2251/1994 (cases of goods that deteriorate or expire quickly).
However, our store ensures that all plants are shipped healthy, properly packaged, and in excellent condition. For this reason, the following apply:

A. Defective or damaged plants upon receipt

If a plant is delivered damaged or not healthy, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Send photos or video of the plant and the packaging to support@georgikosoikos.com
  3. We will evaluate the request and, if a problem during shipping is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

B. Non-acceptable returns

Returns are not accepted when:

  1. More than 24 hours have passed since the receipt of the plant.
  2. The plant has been damaged due to improper care or placement after receipt.
  3. There are natural variations in shape, color, or growth, which are normal changes of any living organism and not a defect.

C. Replacement procedure

Once we confirm the issue, you may:

  1. Receive a replacement plant (where available), or
  2. Credit/refund for the corresponding amount.
    The process is completed within 5–10 working days from confirmation
