Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible under specific conditions and timeframes, as outlined below:

When You Can Cancel

You may request the cancellation of your order:

  • Before the product has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Within 24 hours of placing the order (or earlier if same-day shipping applies).

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please:

  • Send us an email at support@georgikosoikos.com
  • Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for cancellation (optional)
  • Email subject: “Order Cancellation #XXXX”

If the Order Has Already Been Shipped

If the product has already been shipped:

  • Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective).
  • The order cannot be cancelled, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.

Refunds for Cancellations

If the order has not yet been shipped:

  • The full amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase (e.g. credit card, bank transfer).
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.

Exceptions

Cancellations are not possible in the following cases:

  • If the order has already been handed over to the courier.
  • For products that have been produced or packaged on demand.
  • For hygiene-related products with opened packaging.
