* In any case, Return Policy for Plants document prevails over the present policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase, in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU, without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Terms of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is valid provided that:

  • A written withdrawal request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • The products are returned in their original condition and intact packaging.
  • They have not been used, opened, or damaged.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 3iβ of Law 2251/1994, withdrawal is not permitted for the following items:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of use.
  • Sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
  • Special or personalized products (custom options).

Additionally, products that have already been replaced due to defect cannot be returned for withdrawal.

Withdrawal Procedure

The customer must send a written withdrawal declaration to our email: support@georgikosoikos.com

  • Subject: “Withdrawal – Order No. #XXXX”
  • Content: Name, order date, products to be returned

The customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of the declaration.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Refunds

If the above conditions are met:

  • Shipping costs of the original order (if any) are non-refundable.
  • The refund is processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g., card, bank deposit).

Rejection of Withdrawal

The store reserves the right to refuse withdrawal if:

  • the product has been opened or used,
  • it is not accompanied by complete packaging or proof of purchase,
  • the 14-day limit has been exceeded.
