An early, fast-growing variety producing round, bright red roots with crisp white flesh and a mild, slightly spicy flavor. Saxa radish seeds develop uniform plants with tender texture and consistent yield throughout the year. The roots maintain their quality even when fully mature, remaining firm and juicy.
This crop thrives in cool to mild climates and prefers light, well-drained soils rich in organic matter. Sowing takes place from February to October, directly in the field, with spacing of 2–3 cm between plants and 15–20 cm between rows. Harvesting occurs 25–35 days after sowing, when roots reach 2–3 cm in diameter.
Radish is rich in vitamin C, potassium, and fiber, and has a low calorie content, making it ideal for salads and fresh dishes. The Saxa variety is perfect for early or successive sowings, ensuring steady production and excellent quality.
