A traditional Greek sweet pepper variety, producing elongated, thick-fleshed fruits 15–20 cm long, with a deep red color and sweet, aromatic flavor. ‘Flaska’ red pepper seeds grow vigorous, high-yielding plants with dense foliage that protects fruits from sunscald.

Sow in seedbeds from February to April, and transplant when soil temperature exceeds 18°C. Prefers warm, sunny locations and fertile, well-drained soils with a pH of 6.0–7.5. Space 40–50 cm between plants and 70–90 cm between rows. Harvest begins about 70–90 days after sowing and continues through autumn.

‘Flaska’ red peppers are prized for their intense sweetness, thin skin, and low acidity, ideal for stuffing, roasting, or fresh use. The variety shows good heat tolerance but should be protected from cold and frost.
