- It does not function properly from initial use (DOA – Dead on Arrival)
- It shows a manufacturing or material fault
- It is damaged upon delivery (with visible damage)
- It significantly differs from the description or specifications stated in the store
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, or moisture
- Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired
- Products considered consumables or of hygienic nature
- Issues arising from incompatibility with third-party devices
Defective Product Report Procedure
If you receive or detect a defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@georgikosoikos.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product (if necessary)
Our team will review your request and may ask for:
- Return of the product for inspection
- More details about its usage
If it is determined that the product is defective, we provide:
- Replacement with a new product (if available)
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
- Store credit for future purchase
Reporting Timeframe:
- For consumable products: Up to 48 hours from receipt
- For non-consumable products: Up to 14 days, unless a manufacturer’s warranty applies
Hygiene Reasons
Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns or replacements of products that have been used, unless they are proven to be defective from initial use.
Proof of Purchase
For the processing of any request, proof of purchase is required (confirmation email, invoice, or order number).
