A traditional Greek sweet pepper variety, producing elongated, thick-fleshed fruits 15–18 cm long that ripen to a bright yellow color with a sweet, refreshing flavor. ‘Flaska’ yellow pepper seeds yield vigorous, high-yielding plants with rich foliage that protects fruits from sun exposure.
Sow in seedbeds from February to April, and transplant when soil temperature exceeds 18°C. Prefers warm, sunny climates and fertile, well-drained soils with a pH of 6.0–7.5. Space 40–50 cm between plants and 70–90 cm between rows.
This variety stands out for its excellent yield, heat resistance, and thin skin, making it perfect for stuffing, roasting, or fresh use. High in vitamin C, with low acidity and pleasant sweetness, it’s a favorite in Mediterranean cuisine.
