Klondike Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus)

A traditional American watermelon variety producing large, elongated fruits weighing 10–14 kg, with light green rind, dark stripes, and deep red, sweet flesh. Klondike watermelon seeds grow into vigorous, spreading plants with excellent fruit coverage and consistent yield.

Sow April to June, once soil temperature exceeds 18°C. Prefers warm, sunny locations and fertile, well-drained soils with pH 6.0–7.5. Space 100–120 cm between plants and 180–200 cm between rows.

Harvest 85–95 days after sowing, when fruits are fully colored and sound hollow when tapped. Known for its exceptional sweetness (Brix >12°), good transportability, and high productivity. Ideal for commercial or home cultivation.

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. Returns & Refunds
