The Quintale Seme Gallo pumpkin seeds produce robust plants with long trailing vines and broad leaves that effectively cover the soil surface. Fruits are large and round, featuring a smooth reddish-orange rind and thick, aromatic, orange-colored flesh with a pleasant, sweet flavor.

This variety thrives in warm, sunny conditions and prefers fertile, well-drained soils rich in organic matter. Sowing takes place in spring, from April to June, either directly in the field or in seedbeds. Recommended spacing between plants is 1.5–2 meters. Harvesting occurs about 100–120 days after sowing, when fruits develop their full color and a hardened rind.
