A special parsley variety cultivated for its aromatic white root (15–20 cm long) and flavorful leaves. Root parsley seeds produce medium-sized plants with tender foliage and sweet, fragrant roots ideal for soups, sauces, and stews.
Sow February to May directly in deep, loose, well-drained soil, avoiding fresh manure. Prefers sunny positions and moderate moisture. Space 25–30 cm between plants and 40–50 cm between rows.
Harvest 120–150 days after sowing, when roots reach full size. The variety stores well for long periods and tolerates cold conditions. Excellent for culinary use and winter storage.
