Tulip Βlack (Queen of Night)

Tulip ‘Queen of Night’ is a herbaceous bulbous plant belonging to the Liliaceae family and classified under the Single Late Tulip group.
It is distinguished by its deep maroon to nearly black blooms, with a velvety texture and subtle sheen, making it one of the most elegant and dramatic tulip varieties.
Thrives in full sun and prefers well-drained, fertile soils. Reaches a height of 50–60 cm.
Flowering occurs late in spring (April–May), while bulbs should be planted in autumn at a depth of approximately 12 cm.
Ideal for mass plantings, flower beds, and cut arrangements, where it creates striking contrasts with lighter-colored tulips or spring blooms.
