Description
White Swiss Chard is a productive leafy vegetable with thick white stems and broad, tender leaves. It is cold-tolerant and offers continuous regrowth after each harvest.
Growing Requirements
It grows best in cool, fertile and well-drained soil. It prefers steady moisture and full sun or partial shade. It performs well for most of the year, avoiding periods of strong heat.

Spacing: 30–40 cm between plants, 40–50 cm between rows

Harvest: 30–45 days after emergence
Harvest the outer leaves to maintain continuous production.
Culinary Use
Suitable for pies, sautés, soups, stews and many Mediterranean dishes. High in vitamins A, K and essential minerals.
