An early, high-yielding spinach variety producing broad, dark green leaves with a smooth texture and tender, mild flavor. Matador spinach seeds grow vigorous plants ideal for autumn, winter, and spring cultivation. The variety stands out for its excellent cold resistance and slow bolting, ensuring extended harvesting periods.

This crop thrives in cool to mild climates and prefers fertile, well-drained soils rich in organic matter (pH 6.0–7.0). Sowing takes place from September to November and from February to April, directly in the field. Spacing should be 10–15 cm between plants and 25–30 cm between rows. Harvesting begins 40–50 days after sowing, when leaves are fully developed.

Matador spinach is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, E, and K, making it perfect for salads, pies, soups, and cooked dishes. It is a reliable, productive, and cold-tolerant variety with excellent quality foliage and consistent yields.
