An early, cold-tolerant variety producing large, crinkled leaves and loosely formed heads weighing 1.5–2.5 kg. Savoy cabbage seeds yield vigorous plants with deep green foliage and excellent frost resistance. The tender, mild-tasting leaves are ideal for fresh salads, soups, and traditional dishes.
Sowing takes place from August to October for autumn and winter harvests, or February–March in cooler regions for spring crops. Transplant 30–40 days after sowing, spacing 50–60 cm between plants and 70–90 cm between rows. Prefers cool, fertile, well-drained soils with pH 6.5–7.5.
Rich in vitamins C and K, calcium, and antioxidants, Savoy cabbage stands out for its delicate flavor, soft texture, and reliability in cold climates.
