Λαχανίδα (Brassica oleracea var. acephala)

Ανθεκτική, φυλλώδης ποικιλία λάχανου, που σχηματίζει μεγάλα, πλατιά πράσινα φύλλα με κυματοειδή παρυφή και λεπτή υφή. Οι σπόροι της δίνουν φυτά ζωηρής ανάπτυξης, με ύψος 40–70 cm, ικανά να παράγουν συνεχώς νέα φύλλα καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του φθινοπώρου και του χειμώνα.

Η σπορά πραγματοποιείται Ιούλιο έως Σεπτέμβριο για φθινοπωρινή–χειμερινή συγκομιδή, ενώ σε περιοχές με ήπιο κλίμα μπορεί να γίνει και Άνοιξη. Προτιμά δροσερό, γόνιμο και καλά στραγγιζόμενο έδαφος, πλούσιο σε οργανική ουσία. Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 40–50 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 60–70 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών.

Η συγκομιδή ξεκινά 70–90 ημέρες μετά τη σπορά, με κοπή των εξωτερικών φύλλων. Τα φύλλα είναι πλούσια σε βιταμίνες A, C, K και μέταλλα, με ήπια, γλυκιά γεύση που βελτιώνεται μετά από χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Ιδανική για βράσιμο, σούπες, πίτες και σαλάτες.

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
