Βλήτο (Amaranthus blitum) | Γεωργικός Οίκος

Ετήσιο, θερμόφιλο φυλλώδες λαχανικό, με τρυφερά, πράσινα φύλλα και λεπτούς, εύκαμπτους βλαστούς. Οι σπόροι του δίνουν φυτά ταχείας ανάπτυξης, ύψους 40–70 cm, με έντονο πράσινο χρώμα και πλούσια βλάστηση καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού.

Η σπορά πραγματοποιείται απευθείας στο έδαφος από Απρίλιο έως Ιούλιο, όταν η θερμοκρασία εδάφους υπερβεί τους 18°C. Προτιμά ηλιόλουστα, ζεστά περιβάλλοντα και ελαφρά, καλά στραγγιζόμενα εδάφη πλούσια σε οργανική ουσία, με pH 6,0–7,5. Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 20–25 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 30–40 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών.

Η συγκομιδή ξεκινά 25–35 ημέρες μετά τη σπορά, όταν τα φύλλα είναι ακόμη τρυφερά. Η καλλιέργεια χαρακτηρίζεται από υψηλή αντοχή στη ζέστη και συνεχή αναβλάστηση μετά το κόψιμο. Το βλήτο είναι πλούσιο σε σίδηρο, ασβέστιο, βιταμίνες Α και C, ιδανικό για βραστά χόρτα και σαλάτες.

Returns & Refunds
