Ποικιλία με μεσαίους έως μεγάλους, σφαιρικούς βολβούς και έντονο κόκκινο-μωβ χρώμα, κατάλληλη για φρέσκια χρήση και αποθήκευση. Οι σπόροι κόκκινου κρεμμυδιού δίνουν φυτά ζωηρής ανάπτυξης, με ομοιομορφία στους βολβούς και υψηλή αντοχή στις μεταβολές της θερμοκρασίας. Η σάρκα είναι λευκορόδινη, ζουμερή και ελαφρώς γλυκιά, ιδανική για σαλάτες, σάντουιτς και μαγειρεμένα φαγητά.
Η καλλιέργεια προτιμά ήπιο, ηλιόλουστο κλίμα και καλά στραγγιζόμενα, πλούσια εδάφη με pH 6,0–7,5. Η σπορά πραγματοποιείται από Ιανουάριο έως Μάρτιο σε σπορείο ή απευθείας στο χωράφι, ενώ σε θερμότερες περιοχές μπορεί να γίνει και το φθινόπωρο (Σεπτέμβριο–Οκτώβριο). Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 10–15 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 30–40 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών. Η συγκομιδή γίνεται 90–120 ημέρες μετά τη σπορά, όταν τα φύλλα αρχίζουν να ξηραίνονται στη βάση.
Το κόκκινο κρεμμύδι είναι πλούσιο σε αντιοξειδωτικά, βιταμίνη C, φλαβονοειδή και ανθοκυανίνες, που του προσδίδουν το χαρακτηριστικό του χρώμα. Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
