Η σπορά πραγματοποιείται σε σπορείο από Ιούλιο έως Σεπτέμβριο, ενώ η μεταφύτευση γίνεται Αύγουστο–Οκτώβριο για χειμερινή συγκομιδή. Προτιμά δροσερό, ηλιόλουστο περιβάλλον και γόνιμο, καλά στραγγιζόμενο έδαφος με pH 6,0–7,0. Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 40–50 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 60–80 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών.

Η συγκομιδή πραγματοποιείται 70–90 ημέρες μετά τη μεταφύτευση, όταν οι κεφαλές είναι σφιχτές και συμπαγείς. Το μπρόκολο είναι πλούσιο σε βιταμίνες C και K, ασβέστιο και αντιοξειδωτικά, ενώ ευδοκιμεί άριστα στο ήπιο μεσογειακό χειμερινό κλίμα.

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Returns & Refunds
