Κλασική ιταλική ποικιλία ντομάτας με επιμήκεις, σαρκώδεις καρπούς μήκους 10–12 cm, έντονου κόκκινου χρώματος και χαμηλής οξύτητας. Οι σπόροι της δίνουν φυτά ζωηρής ανάπτυξης, υψηλής απόδοσης, με πλούσια βλάστηση και συνεχή παραγωγή καθ’ όλη τη θερινή περίοδο.

Η σπορά γίνεται σε σπορείο από Φεβρουάριο έως Απρίλιο, ενώ η μεταφύτευση πραγματοποιείται όταν η θερμοκρασία εδάφους υπερβεί τους 16–18°C. Προτιμά ηλιόλουστες θέσεις, γόνιμα, καλά στραγγιζόμενα εδάφη, και pH 6,0–7,0. Οι αποστάσεις φύτευσης είναι 40–50 cm μεταξύ των φυτών και 70–90 cm μεταξύ των γραμμών.

Η συγκομιδή ξεκινά περίπου 75–90 ημέρες μετά τη σπορά. Η ποικιλία χαρακτηρίζεται από παχύρρευστη σάρκα, πλούσια γεύση και ελάχιστους σπόρους, ιδανική για σάλτσες, κονσέρβες και μαγειρική μεσογειακού τύπου. Ανθεκτική στη ζέστη και με πολύ καλή συντηρησιμότητα μετά τη συγκομιδή.
